Marilyn Monroe

"A girl doesn't need anyone who doesn't need her"

"No one ever told me I was pretty when I was a little girl. All little girls should be told they’re pretty, even if they aren’t".

"People had a habit of looking at me as if I were some kind of mirror instead of a person. They didn’t see me, they saw their own lewd thoughts, then they white-masked themselves by calling me the lewd one".
(Marilyn Monroe)

Hello guys, what's new?
Even today I want to go back in time to discover another great Diva and fashion icon.
Born June 1 in 1926 in Los Angeles, the little Norma Jeane Barker spent a traumatic childhood that made her fragile, but it helped create a myth: Marilyn Monroe.
A true icon, often remembered for the scene of lifting the skirt of a ventilation grille in the movie "The Seven Year Itch," she got her star on the Walk of Fame, but she was much more than just a fine actress.
She was a model, film producer and a singer: she had great singing ability, but she had the gift of a vocal tone that can captivate those who listen.
She was always accompanied by her inimitable style.
Sexy.
She often wore pencil skirts, that she had in a lot of different colors and almost always with a sweater to match.
She added a touch of femininity to his clothes, using accessories such as strings, or polka dot prints.
Another hallmark of his style was the white fur that added a touch of glamor.
Every great actress, at least once in their life, was inspired by the unforgettable and memorable Marilyn.
Another aspect that made her a fashion icon the answers that were provided in interviews like this.
"What do I wear in bed? Why, Chanel No. 5, of course".
Finally, in the last hours of Saturday, August 4, 1962, at the age of thirty-six years, the sweet Marilyn was found dead the bedroom of her home in Brentwood (Los Angeles).
The cause of death that seems more reliable, it is an overdose of barbiturates, but the fact is this sad and untimely death is still hidden in mystery.
For those wishing to visit her, Marilyn is currently buried in a crypt at Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery.

Now, the make up video!

Tea Cupcakes!

Good morning people!
Today is the day of my special recipes!
Do you like tea, darlin'?
Well, I'm going to show you how to cook some tasty cupcakes with tea powder!
I had to tell you that the taste of these cupcakes is not very sweet...
But it's intentional!
I love tea and I wanted to maintain its flavour.

What we need:
* 3 Eggs (separating egg white and yolk)
* 6 teaspoon of Sugar
* Vanilla
* 1 cup of Tea
* 3 cup of Flour
* 2 teaspoon of Yeast
* a pinch of Salt
* 5 Tea Bags
* at least 3 bowls!

Fill the first bowl with flour, yeast and salt.
Open all the tea bags, put the powder in the first bag and mix them!
In the second bowl put three yolks and stir vigorously with three teaspoon of sugar.
Add vanilla, the cup of tea and when it's ready incorporate the dough of the first bowl with them.
In the third bowl put the egg white, the other three teaspoon of sugar and whisk them.
Put the dough of the third bowl into the second bowl and mix all together!
Fill cupcakes cups with the dough and bake them for 45 minutes with the oven to 356°F (180°C).

When they're ready, leave them cool down.
Then, you can finish the work with a dusting of powdered sugar, mixed with tea powder!
This time, you can decide to change the variety of tea: choose the one you like the most!

Needless to say that they're fantastic with a hot cup of tea! JS_*
