Eggplant with yogurt

Hi guys!
Have you ever been to Syria?
Today I'm here for you
a recipe
tasty, low calorie and original, from this country!
Eggplant with yogurt!

All we need is:
* 2 large eggplants
* ¼ cup olive oil
* 1 cup of yogurt
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 clove of garlic

Procedure!
Peel eggplant and slice very finely.
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, so the eggplant does not absorb too much oil during frying and they will remain light!
Then, fry each slice in olive oil until tthey're golden and drain them, laying them on some absorbent paper.
Chop the slices of fried eggplant with a knife and stir in the yogurt and garlic.
Mix the ingredients well, season with salt and serve.

Very exotic and unique, isn't it?
