Creamy Biscuits




Hi guys!
This is a very easy recipe to have a good snack or breakfast, if you prefer!

What we need is:

1 cup of Yoghurt
5 cereal biscuits
2 teaspoon of Cocoa
 
Put the cocoa into the cup of yoghurt and mix it as well…
Take the biscuits, put them in a clean dish cloth and pound them, until they’ll be broken into little pieces.
Then, put the crumbled biscuit in the yoghurt cup and go on mixing.
Pour it into a little bowl, garnish with other cocoa, and wait for it to cool in the fridge!
And we’re done!

Pinky Soup

Hi ladies!
Today, just for you guys, I have found a recipe all pink!
Fast & easy...
What's more fashionable?

Ingredients!
* 2 Beetroots
* 1 Potato
* 1/2 cup of yoghurt
* 2 tablespoon of grated Grana cheese
* A pinch of Nutmeg
* 1 sprig of parsley

Well, open the cover of your mixer and put in the beetroots, the potato (already cooked) and blend it.
Add the yoghurt, Grana cheese and nutmeg.
Stir, then pour into the pot!
Poggiatevi over the parsley, and is ready!
Is not superglamour?

Eggplant with yogurt


Hi guys!
Have you ever been to Syria?
Today I'm here for you
a recipe
tasty, low calorie and original, from this country!
Eggplant with yogurt!

All we need is:
* 2 large eggplants
* ¼ cup olive oil
* 1 cup of yogurt
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 clove of garlic

Procedure!
Peel eggplant and slice very finely.
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, so the eggplant does not absorb too much oil during frying and they will remain light!
Then, fry each slice in olive oil until tthey're golden and drain them, laying them on some absorbent paper.
Chop the slices of fried eggplant with a knife and stir in the yogurt and garlic.
Mix the ingredients well, season with salt and serve.

Very exotic and unique, isn't it?

Yoghurt Plumcake

Hi guys!
It's Jody, and here we are with a delicious recipe!
Here's the secret to make a soft and tasty plumcake, hypocaloric!

What we need is:

* 1 cup and a half of Flour
* 1/2 cup of Potato Starch
* 2 teaspoon of Yeast
* the zest of 1 Lemon
* 2 spoons of Seed Oil
* a pinch of Salt
* 3 Eggs
* 2 cups of Yoghurt
* 1 cup of Brown Sugar

Well! To start, beat eggs and add the lemon zest, which is already grated.
To the mixture, add the vegetable oil and all the yogurt.
Then, sift the sugar, baking powder, flour and potato starch ...
Put these ingredients sifted into the mixture, and mix them until the dough is thick and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish, previously coated with baking paper.
Bake at 365 ° F (180 ° C) for 45 minutes,
and you're done!

Beauty Tips - Pumpkin

Hi guys! 
From this year I wanna introduce you a new section of this blog, dedicated to beauty tips!
So, the first tip I give you is for a facial mask, all natural!
What you need is:
* 1 slice of Pumpkin
* 1 spoon of Honey
* 1 spoon of Yoghurt

To get this homemade cream you have to start boiling the slice of pumpkin, until it'll be enough diseases to be mashed with a fork
When you've done it, add the honey and the yoghurt! 
Mix the dough with a spoon and it's ready!

Apply on your face for 15 or 20 minutes! 
Leave it act and when the time's over, wash it off with tiepid water. 

Benefits? 

Your skinn will be soft and nourished in depth, I guarantee!

Corn Flackes, Apple & Yoghurt Cookies

Hello everyone!
What's your favourite flower?
Today I wanna told you a story, the story of a proud apple who died on a bed of corn flakes, drowned in a sea give yogurt.
Come on, guys, I'm kidding!
The recipe concerned is for the fashion and fabulous cookies, low fat and great taste!
Our ingredients are:
* 1 cup of Yoghurt
* 100 g. of Flour (sifted)
* 100 g. Corn Flakes
* 60 g. of Brown Sugar (sifted)
* 1 Egg
* 2 teaspoon of Yeast
* Vanilla
* 1 Apple

It's easy: mix flour, corn flakes and the brown sugar.
Add gradually the yoghurt and vanilla, then the yeast.
Mix the dough with a steel spoon, and finally add the egg, to make the dough thicker, giving also a glamour final color!
When the dough's ready, dispose it in little parts on the bake paper of the baking tin.
Cut the apple on thin slices, put a couple of them on every biscuit and bake it!
365°F (180°C) for 15 minutes should be perfect!

I use to make this cookies very big...
They'll be more glamour, with a pinch of vintage!
