Tea Cupcakes!

Good morning people!
Today is the day of my special recipes!
Do you like tea, darlin'?
Well, I'm going to show you how to cook some tasty cupcakes with tea powder!
I had to tell you that the taste of these cupcakes is not very sweet...
But it's intentional!
I love tea and I wanted to maintain its flavour.

What we need:
* 3 Eggs (separating egg white and yolk)
* 6 teaspoon of Sugar
* Vanilla
* 1 cup of Tea
* 3 cup of Flour
* 2 teaspoon of Yeast
* a pinch of Salt
* 5 Tea Bags
* at least 3 bowls!

Fill the first bowl with flour, yeast and salt.
Open all the tea bags, put the powder in the first bag and mix them!
In the second bowl put three yolks and stir vigorously with three teaspoon of sugar.
Add vanilla, the cup of tea and when it's ready incorporate the dough of the first bowl with them.
In the third bowl put the egg white, the other three teaspoon of sugar and whisk them.
Put the dough of the third bowl into the second bowl and mix all together!
Fill cupcakes cups with the dough and bake them for 45 minutes with the oven to 356°F (180°C).

When they're ready, leave them cool down.
Then, you can finish the work with a dusting of powdered sugar, mixed with tea powder!
This time, you can decide to change the variety of tea: choose the one you like the most!

Needless to say that they're fantastic with a hot cup of tea! JS_*
