Orange Sauce



Hi guys, here's Jody!
Recipe Day!
I want to propose you an alternative to Pesto, the sauce of crushed basil, but!
The recipe I'm sharing with you is ... orange!
We'll need the basil, but just at the end.

We need:
* 3 Carrots
* 4 spoon of Oil Extravirgin
* 1 cup of Walnuts
* Salt and Pepper
* Whole wheat pasta (as much as you like)
* Some leaves of Basil or Parsley

Let's start!
Make boil a bowl of water with a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta in it.
Meanwhile, put carrots, walnuts, oil in the mixer.
Mix all together and add a pinch of pepper - or more, if you like!
Drain pasta and serve in a dish, topped with the sauce of the mixer.
Garnish with basil or parsley!

Healty Meatballs


Hi guys!
Today, a fashion / tasty / healty / whateveryouwant recipe for you!
Meatballs!

Ingredients:
* Minced Turkey (amount you need)
* 1 Egg
* Grana Cheese
* Parsley
* Nutmeg
* 1 and 1/2 cup of Breadcrumbs
* 1/2 cup of Milk
* Salt and Pepper

The process?
Nothing more fun than this!
Put everything in a bowl and knead by hand until all ingredients are well blended!
Separate the dough into little balls and bake in the oven at high temperature (about 365 ° F - but even less) for 45 minutes!
Need vegetables?
Cut in the pulp and empty cue eggplant, peppers, courgettes ...
Meatballs and put the dough into them!
Cook in the oven and that's all!

Creamy Biscuits




Hi guys!
This is a very easy recipe to have a good snack or breakfast, if you prefer!

What we need is:

1 cup of Yoghurt
5 cereal biscuits
2 teaspoon of Cocoa
 
Put the cocoa into the cup of yoghurt and mix it as well…
Take the biscuits, put them in a clean dish cloth and pound them, until they’ll be broken into little pieces.
Then, put the crumbled biscuit in the yoghurt cup and go on mixing.
Pour it into a little bowl, garnish with other cocoa, and wait for it to cool in the fridge!
And we’re done!

Big Turkey & Valerian Salad

Hi guys!
Here's for you a recipe for a big tasty salad!
It contains lots of different and healthy food, so it's equal to a meal!
So let's start with the ingredients.

What we need is:
*  a portion of Turkey breats
* 2 handful of Valerian salad
* 1/2 Apple
* 1/2 cup of Soy sprouts
* Extra virgin olive oil
* 1 teaspoon of Nutmeg
* 1 teaspoon of White Pepper

Procedure:
Take a dish and pour into it one and a half tablespoon of oil, the nutmeg and the white pepper. 
Take the turkey and turn it several times in this compound.
Then, cook it on the plate, until it is well cooked.
Place it on a cutting board and wait for it to cool.
Meanwhile, cut the apple into cubes and put it in a salad bowl with the Valerian salad and the soy sprouts.
Cut into little pieces the turkey and add then to the salad too.
And that's all!
If you want, you can drizzle with other extra virgin olive oil, just a tablespoon!
And that's the finish salad!

Cookies with Oreos

Hi guys!
Do you like Oreos?
If the answer is yes, I want to propose to you some cookies made ​​with Oreos!

What we need is:
* 1 and 1/2 cup of Flour
* 1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
* 2 Eggs
* 8 Oreos

So let's get started putting flour, brown sugar and eggs in a bowl.
Mix it with a tablespoon until the dough is amalgamated.
Break Oreos into pieces, without separating the cookie from the cream, and put them in the dough.
Mix it until it's dense...
Pour the dough on the baking paper creating little quantities, which will be our cookies!
Bake them in the oven 250°F (120° C) for 30 minutes.
That's it!

Taiyaki

Hi guys!
Wake up, thet's the recipe day!
And today, I wanna bring you a tasty cake from the land of the Rising Sun!
We're gonna cooking Taiyaki, nice and tasty cakes, shaped like a fish!

What we need is:

* 1 and 1/2 cup of Flour
* 1 cup of Water
* 2 tablespoon of brown Sugar
* 3 Eggs
* Salt
* Oil

So let's get started!
Put in a bowl eggs, brown sugar, salt and mix all together.
Add the flour, sifted, but at little times so you the dough won't do lumps...
Pour the water, but not all togheter!
The dough mustn't become liquid!
Pour the dough in molds in the shape of fish, or, if you haven't them, in simply cupcakes molds.
Cook in the oven at  300°F (140°C) for 5-8 minutes.
If you have molds in the shape of fish, remember to invert them halfway through cooking. 
And we're done!
  
The real Japanese recipe provides a filling!
Red bean jam, chocolate or other!

Cool Shocking-Color Drink





Hi guys, here’s Jody!
Today I give you the recipe of a cool drink for this hot summer!
You just need some fruits and you’ll get a tasty and colored drink!
It’s very easy and healthy!

What you need?
* A cup of Raspberries
* 2 Peaches
* 4 Ice cubes
* 1 spoon of Cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon of Honey

You can change quantities of honey and cinnamon, more or less, as you prefer!
 
Start putting in the mixer raspberries, peaches.
While it’s mixing, add ice, cinnamon and honey.
Pour it in a glass and we’re done!
 
What a strange color!

For an alcoholic version, add some Vodka!

2Rule - Courgettes Cupcakes

Here we are to cook an healty and tasty cupcake!
Are you tired to eat too much butter?
Do you wanna stop force-feed yourself with food without taste?
For you, an help from the nature!
Which is the secret?
Courgettes!
... I swear, I'm not crazy!
Just follow the rule of 2 for the recipe!
That's what I mean ...

Ingredients:
* 2 Eggs
* 2 cups of Brown Sugar
* 2 Courgettes
* 2 cups of Flour (or potato / rice starch)
Your choice ...
* 2 tablespoons of Cocoa
* Vanilla

Well, now That we've got all the ingredients, let's get started!
In a bowl add courgettes, eggs, brown sugar and mix them with the mixer!
Add the sifted flour (or potato / rice starch) and, if you want, cocoa and vanilla!
You can use whatever you want to flavor the cupcake!
Mix the dough and pour it into molds!
Bake in oven at 365 ° F (180 ° C) for 45 minutes!

Cook Them and try their flavor!
You will be amazed!

Eggplant with yogurt


Hi guys!
Have you ever been to Syria?
Today I'm here for you
a recipe
tasty, low calorie and original, from this country!
Eggplant with yogurt!

All we need is:
* 2 large eggplants
* ¼ cup olive oil
* 1 cup of yogurt
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 clove of garlic

Procedure!
Peel eggplant and slice very finely.
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, so the eggplant does not absorb too much oil during frying and they will remain light!
Then, fry each slice in olive oil until tthey're golden and drain them, laying them on some absorbent paper.
Chop the slices of fried eggplant with a knife and stir in the yogurt and garlic.
Mix the ingredients well, season with salt and serve.

Very exotic and unique, isn't it?

Courgettes and Chicken Noodles




Hi guys, here's Jody!
Ready for a tasty recipe?
How many questions!
Here for you, a meal oriental flavor ...
Vaguely Japanese?
Yes my dear!

Ingredients?
Here they are!

* 1 spoon of Olive Oil
* 2 spoons of Sake
* 1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce
* A pinch of Nutmeg
* Noodles (amount based on what you're used to - 50 g)
* 1/2 Courgettes
* 1/2 Chicken Breast
* Salt

Procedure?
Cut the courgette into thin slices, then each slice in half.
Similarly, cut the chicken into long thin pieces.
Put both ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat jump.
Add oil, sake, soy sauce, nutmeg and fry until the chicken is golden and the courgettes soft.
In another saucepan, boil water with salt, and cook the noodles.
Drain and add chicken and courgettes!

Risotto with Beetroots

Hi guys, are you ready for a new recipe?
It's from Latvia and it taste so good!
With it we will have the nutritional properties of rice, which greatly satisfies hunger ...
Together, we have to vitamins beet!
Let's begin!
 
All we need is:
* 1 cup Arborio Rice
* 2 cups Chicken Broth
*
1 Onion
* 50g of Cheese
* 1 Beetroot 
* 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
*  Salt and freshly ground Pepper

How to proceed!
In a thick-bottomed pan, heat oil and add the onion finely chopped.
Add the rice into the pot and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
Aggiungigradualmente chicken broth, a few tablespoons at a time.
Continue to simmer until the rice is soft.
Add the cheese, then salt and pepper to your own discretion.
Serve sprinkled with the beets, cut into thin slices.
