Healty Meatballs


Hi guys!
Today, a fashion / tasty / healty / whateveryouwant recipe for you!
Meatballs!

Ingredients:
* Minced Turkey (amount you need)
* 1 Egg
* Grana Cheese
* Parsley
* Nutmeg
* 1 and 1/2 cup of Breadcrumbs
* 1/2 cup of Milk
* Salt and Pepper

The process?
Nothing more fun than this!
Put everything in a bowl and knead by hand until all ingredients are well blended!
Separate the dough into little balls and bake in the oven at high temperature (about 365 ° F - but even less) for 45 minutes!
Need vegetables?
Cut in the pulp and empty cue eggplant, peppers, courgettes ...
Meatballs and put the dough into them!
Cook in the oven and that's all!

Vin Brulé (Mulled Wine)







Hi guys!
Only for you, I show you a recipe for Vin Brulé, a very simple recipe that you can do in your kitchen!

Needed:
* 3 cups of Red Wine
* 1 teaspoon of Cloves
* 1 Peach
* 1 Pear
* Nutmeg
* (other fruit you like)
* 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon of Lemon zest
* 1 tablespoon of Orange zest
* ½ cup of Sugar

The process is very easy!
Pour the wine in a pan and cook it until it boil.
Cut the fruits into pieces without take off the peel.
Add all the ingredients into the pan and boil it for 10 minutes, because all the ingredients need to set free and blend their flavours.
Strain the wine, pour it into a cup and it's ready!
A warm embrace of flavors!

Big Turkey & Valerian Salad

Hi guys!
Here's for you a recipe for a big tasty salad!
It contains lots of different and healthy food, so it's equal to a meal!
So let's start with the ingredients.

What we need is:
*  a portion of Turkey breats
* 2 handful of Valerian salad
* 1/2 Apple
* 1/2 cup of Soy sprouts
* Extra virgin olive oil
* 1 teaspoon of Nutmeg
* 1 teaspoon of White Pepper

Procedure:
Take a dish and pour into it one and a half tablespoon of oil, the nutmeg and the white pepper. 
Take the turkey and turn it several times in this compound.
Then, cook it on the plate, until it is well cooked.
Place it on a cutting board and wait for it to cool.
Meanwhile, cut the apple into cubes and put it in a salad bowl with the Valerian salad and the soy sprouts.
Cut into little pieces the turkey and add then to the salad too.
And that's all!
If you want, you can drizzle with other extra virgin olive oil, just a tablespoon!
And that's the finish salad!

Pinky Soup

Hi ladies!
Today, just for you guys, I have found a recipe all pink!
Fast & easy...
What's more fashionable?

Ingredients!
* 2 Beetroots
* 1 Potato
* 1/2 cup of yoghurt
* 2 tablespoon of grated Grana cheese
* A pinch of Nutmeg
* 1 sprig of parsley

Well, open the cover of your mixer and put in the beetroots, the potato (already cooked) and blend it.
Add the yoghurt, Grana cheese and nutmeg.
Stir, then pour into the pot!
Poggiatevi over the parsley, and is ready!
Is not superglamour?
