Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

Hello everybody!
Are you hungry?
I hope so, because today I'm going to give you the most Italian of all the recipe!
The recipe for spaghetti with tomato sauce!
It is too delightful and delicious, do not waste time and let's begin ...

Ingredients (for two peolpe!):
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Onion (to taste, depending on the needs and your taste)
* Salt
* Black Pepper powder or crushed dried Chilli
* Sugar
* Fresh Basil Leaves
* Later
* 1 Can of Tomatoes into pieces
* 250 gr. of Spaghetti

Put water in a pan to cook up the pasta and put a lid on.
Meanwhile, put the oil in a pan and cut the onion into thin slices.
Sauté the onion until it is golden, not black!
Add the can of tomatoes, put a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar and pepper.
Cook over medium heat ...
While the pasta water boils, put the salt and just down the dough, turn it and cook it often.
Depending on the size and type of pasta cooking times vary, check the time in the box.
For a real Italian dinner, spaghetti should always be "al dente", never cooked a lot.
Drain the pasta, put it in the bowl and pour the sauce!
Separate the leaves of fresh basil into it, and if you like it, add the grated cheese.

Buonissima!

A Sweetest Awakening!

Hi boys & girls,
what's your favourite song?
Today I want to give you the recipe for a sweet drink, instead of a cake!
This drink is very soft but energetic, so it will allow you to begin your day in the best way!
Well, even better if you also eat something!
Maybe one of my last cake recipe!
But let's go on...
What you need is:
* 1/2 cup of Coffee
* 1 cup of Milk (or more, as you prefer)
* 1 teaspoon of Cocoa
* Sugar (as you prefer)
* a pinch of Cinnamon (or more...)
* Spray Cream
* 1 Cherry
* a coffeepot
* an iced glass
Let's strat with the coffee: prepare the coffeepot putting a the cocoa into the coffee powder - into the filter of the coffeepot.
While the coffee is cooking, put the sugar in the glass, left earlier in the freezer.
Add the cinnamon: I think it's better to add no more than a teaspoon...
Pour the coffee when it's ready, mix it and cover it with the spray cream!
Finally, the touch of fashion: garnish it with the cherry!
And that's all!
A very very simple drink tha will make start better your day!
Love,

Tea Cupcakes!

Good morning people!
Today is the day of my special recipes!
Do you like tea, darlin'?
Well, I'm going to show you how to cook some tasty cupcakes with tea powder!
I had to tell you that the taste of these cupcakes is not very sweet...
But it's intentional!
I love tea and I wanted to maintain its flavour.

What we need:
* 3 Eggs (separating egg white and yolk)
* 6 teaspoon of Sugar
* Vanilla
* 1 cup of Tea
* 3 cup of Flour
* 2 teaspoon of Yeast
* a pinch of Salt
* 5 Tea Bags
* at least 3 bowls!

Fill the first bowl with flour, yeast and salt.
Open all the tea bags, put the powder in the first bag and mix them!
In the second bowl put three yolks and stir vigorously with three teaspoon of sugar.
Add vanilla, the cup of tea and when it's ready incorporate the dough of the first bowl with them.
In the third bowl put the egg white, the other three teaspoon of sugar and whisk them.
Put the dough of the third bowl into the second bowl and mix all together!
Fill cupcakes cups with the dough and bake them for 45 minutes with the oven to 356°F (180°C).

When they're ready, leave them cool down.
Then, you can finish the work with a dusting of powdered sugar, mixed with tea powder!
This time, you can decide to change the variety of tea: choose the one you like the most!

Needless to say that they're fantastic with a hot cup of tea! JS_*
