Orange Sauce

I want to propose you an alternative to Pesto, the sauce of crushed basil, but!
The recipe I'm sharing with you is ... orange!
We'll need the basil, but just at the end.

We need:
* 3 Carrots
* 4 spoon of Oil Extravirgin
* 1 cup of Walnuts
* Salt and Pepper
* Whole wheat pasta (as much as you like)
* Some leaves of Basil or Parsley

Let's start!
Make boil a bowl of water with a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta in it.
Meanwhile, put carrots, walnuts, oil in the mixer.
Mix all together and add a pinch of pepper - or more, if you like!
Drain pasta and serve in a dish, topped with the sauce of the mixer.
Garnish with basil or parsley!

Vin Brulé (Mulled Wine)

Hi guys!

Only for you, I show you a recipe for Vin Brulé, a very simple recipe that you can do in your kitchen!

Needed:

* 3 cups of Red Wine

* 1 teaspoon of Cloves

* 1 Peach

* 1 Pear

* Nutmeg

* (other fruit you like)

* 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

* 1 tablespoon of Lemon zest

* 1 tablespoon of Orange zest

* ½ cup of Sugar

The process is very easy!

Pour the wine in a pan and cook it until it boil.

Cut the fruits into pieces without take off the peel.

Add all the ingredients into the pan and boil it for 10 minutes, because all the ingredients need to set free and blend their flavours.

Strain the wine, pour it into a cup and it's ready!
A warm embrace of flavors!
